Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change the times of classes or request that the pupils are moved to another class, but we will give notice and try to offer an alternative if possible. Classes will sometimes over run especially around exam and show times. If classes are going to be cancelled for any reason you will be notified by email and a post will be added to our facebook page.
Once your child has been attending classes for a few weeks it is necessary that you have ordered the correct uniform.
Hair should always be tied up and jewellery should not be worn.
Parents/guardians and students are not permitted to take photos or videos without been given prior consent.
Payment and fees
Fees are originally quoted on a per class basis, however they are payable in half term blocks in advance at the end of the half term, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Please note if your child is absent due to holidays, sickness or injury, or a prior engagement the fees are still payable and are non- refundable. If fees are not kept up to date, we reserve the right to pass your place onto someone else. If fees are paid late a £10 late fee will be charged.
If your child is absent for over 3 weeks and we are not notified, we will assume they are no longer attending classes and their place will be filled. If you decide to stop attending class, you must give notice in writing at the end of a half term. Informing us at the start of a half term or part way through a term that they will not be returning is not sufficient notice. Therefore, you must give written notice in the previous term, if you do not wish to be charged further. If you pay late you will be invoiced a £10 late fee.
Invoices are sent to customers by email 3 weeks before the end of the half term and are payable on the last day of the half term. All dates for the next half term will appear on the invoice.
There is a discount system for those who do 3 or more classes a week, this applies to families not just individual students.
3-4 classes receive 5% discount

Please be aware that you will be taking it through our stretching area so if the wheels are wet or dirty the buggy will need to be folded up or the wheels cleaned.
The dancers can use the stretching room or the corner of the studio before their classes begin so they can warm up or practice. This area is not for parents or siblings unless it is very busy so please wait in the waiting room. The area is for dancers only at no point should siblings use this space encase of injury.
